I has a lot of friends in college who worshiped at the feet of the Replacements. My reaction was always "eh.". Certainly, there's far worse music out there.

And those were generally the same people who didn't understand my, um, enthusiasm for the Grateful Dead--- so I'm sure the feeling was mutual.

Seriously, he would be awesome as a gov. He seems so well balanced and down to earth. And.. he's got to be better than most of the opportunists that go for that stuff.
