Is anyone else having trouble when clicking the "Discuss" link at the top of the DU page?

Is anyone else having trouble when clicking the "Discuss" link at the top of the DU page?
It's all bugged out for me.

1. I've never used that and don't know what it's for. Do you need to have a
thread opened before you hit that?

2. Nope. It's the link that takes you to the main Discussion page......
.... where every thread posted in every forum appears in sequence.

It only happens when I click "Discuss"; Every other link works fine.
