Bush Library Revealed!
Received this in an email, located what I think may be the original at:
http://www.gather.com/viewArticle.jsp?articleId=281474977182107

There's a show on C-SPAN about presidential libraries. Here're what the draft plans for the George W. Bush Library now call for:

The Alberto Gonzales Room - Where you can't remember any of the exhibits.

The Hurricane Katrina Room - It's still under construction.

The Texas Air National Guard Room - Where you don't have to even show up.

The Walter Reed Hospital Room - Where they don't let you in.

The Guantanamo Bay Room - Where they don't let you out.

The Weapons of Mass Destruction Room - Nobody has been able to find it.

The War in Iraq Room - After you complete your first tour, they can force you to go back for your second and third and fourth and fifth tours.

The K-Street Project Gift Shop - Where you can buy an election, or, if no one cares, steal one.

The Men's Room - Where you could meet a Republican Senator (or two).

To be fair, the President has done some good things, and so the museum will have an electron microscope to help you locate them.

When asked, President Bush said that he didn't care so much about the individual exhibits as long as his museum was better than his father's.

Is in the 9/11 wing. Yes, 9/11 is a wing, not a room. It pays cautious reverence to the dear leaders reaction during our nation's worst hours.

It contains:
"My pet goat"
A bullhorn (in a glass enclosure)
A pair of soiled undies (don't tell me he didn't poop his pants), henceforth known as "the holy shit"
The entire wing is self contained, with an independant airsupply pumping microscopic particles of concrete, asbestos and the ashes of burning bodies.
A picture of Osama and cheney, with Barry Bonds X-ball in the undisclosed location.
And finally a recording of cheney personally shooting down the plane in shanksville. (Of course we are forbidden to watch it)

9. Good one, huh?
I take it back about the link in the OP being the original - checked the date on the email, and it's from the 15th, whereas the earliest website seems to be the 19th or so. So I guess the email *is* the original - you can tell I don't check my email every day. I'm absolutely flabbergasted that I'm the first to post it here - doesn't happen often....!

Hope you're right.

I just fell into the OP - wish I personally was that witty! Would like to credit the originator, if I knew who it was. I still can't believe someone didn't post it on DU before I got to it, but everybody gets lucky sometime, I guess....
