1. There is no recall for senators.
So CT can't. Which may be unfortunate.

3. I'm Hoping Boooshie Nominates Him For Something
Secretary of Deckchairs...throw a judgeship or plum ambassador's job...something/anything. Get rid of Chertoff and let Joe play with DHS...he can't screw it up any worse than it already is. In the meantime, any replacement even a Repugnican governor names can't be any worse than this slug.

9. Point Taken
Usually I pay no attention to Joe anymore...as the only vote that matters, he cast for Harry Reid. Hagel's vote will negate Joe's on most war related issues and there are times that Joe's vote on social issues will be needed. He needs and should be isolated or just plain ignored. I really don't see many instances, except Iraq, where Joe can play deal maker and if there are squeezy Repugnicans like Smith, Coleman, Hagel and Snowe out there, that's where our focus and the pressure should be.

Cheers...

5. WHAT a TOOL!
"We need to step back from the brink and reason together, as Scripture urges us to do, about how we will proceed to express our disagreements about this war."

I got a little SCRIPTURE for him RIGHT HERE!

7. Joe is making this as painful for everyone as possible
He holds the Dem leadership's balls in his hands so they have to put up with his pro-war bush sucking bullshit.

But, it is all in vain. All he will do is defect to the Repukes. He will leave as soon as the bidding war is over for his allegiance, I believe.

I can't stand to have such a pig in our caucus. What in the FUCK are they putting in the water in CT that they pick this piece of shit?

14. You do realize that it was the Repukes in Ct.
that put him over the top, don't you? The real Dems in Ct. voted for Lamont. The turncoat Benedict Arnold should have let it go at that, but he had to call in Repuke re-enforcements. I say we need to take away his Committee Chairs!! Caucus with the Dems , my ass!!
