ALL THE PRESIDENT'S LIARS
What will Schumer say when Attorney-General Mukasey refuses to investigate the charges??

WASHINGTON — Former White House press secretary Scott McClellan blames President Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney for efforts to mislead the public about the role of White House aides in leaking the identity of a CIA operative.

In an excerpt from his forthcoming book, McClellan recounts the 2003 news conference in which he told reporters that aides Karl Rove and I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby were "not involved" in the leak involving operative Valerie Plame.

"There was one problem. It was not true," McClellan writes, according to a brief excerpt released Tuesday. "I had unknowingly passed along false information. And five of the highest-ranking officials in the administration were involved in my doing so: Rove, Libby, the vice president, the president's chief of staff and the president himself."

Bush's chief of staff at the time was Andrew Card.

"Just when you think the credibility of this White House can't get any lower, another shoe drops," said Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y. "If the Bush administration won't even tell the truth to its official spokesman, how can the American people expect to be told the truth either?"

3. This admin does not know how to tell the truth, much less what the truth is.
They`ve told so many lies, they do not know where the truth lies or even what "the truth" means.

5. There is zero chance Scotty didn't know he was lying for his bosses
It's not like they locked him in a sealed room and told him what to say 5 minutes before press briefings.

4. So what's our Congress going to do about this one? not like
we the people who have been fucked over and lied to continuously by Bush, haven't tried to bring this point to light, a bajillion times since 2000.

When did Scotty find out he had lied for Bush? Who told him? When?

7. Will this present a problem for Hillary's campaign?
Her top campaign advisor's wife is mixed up in the conspiracy, too.

How will Carville handle Hillary's response to calling for a new investigation?

9. Way to go Schumer. Did you call your friend Mukasey about a new Special Prosecutor?
I'm more interested in how Mukasey will respond, but this may signal something!
