Get "Sicko!"

I finally got to see "Sicko," now that it it out on DVD. Even if you have already seen it, get the DVD for the extras if nothing else. If anything, Moore left some of his best stuff out of the version seen in theaters. Especially noteworthy is more of Moore's fascinating interview with former MP Tony Benn and the heart-wrenching story of Joe Gallegos, who was one of 18,000 Americans who die each year due to lack of health insurance.

Because I worked for a large health insurance company for three years, "Sicko" had few surprises for me. Still, it's Moore's best film yet. He's a great American, no matter what the freeper types say.

I finally saw it on DVD last weekend.

Without a doubt, it's one of Michael's best films.

It deserves an Oscar.

didn't show it. Actually they did...for 1 weekend (and that was a month after it's nationwide debut). I went to New Orleans to see it, and bought the DVD the day it came out.

It's still shrink-wrapped propped up on my entertainment center looking at me. I'm waiting for the right time to see it again.

I must admit that I liked Fahrenheit 9/11 a lot more. However my ability to clearly focus on SiCKO was comprised; 80 miles each way to the theater plus having my 8 year old son with me. Not surprisingly he didn't care for the movie; I can understand that.

After your little one falls asleep, watch it again.

I'm sure there's a lot I missed just watching it once.

The DVD had a lot of interesting extra's.

I'm blown away that Cuba gave free medical help to the 911 heroes!!!

I need dental work bad, so how can I go there and do the same?

Did you see that Homeland Security blip when they were approaching Cuba?

Did Moore do that or HLS?

The best and most powerful military in history, that cannot catch a killer. Meanwhile, along with the military industrial complex being greedy gluttons on tax dollars, the pharmaceutical companies and medical industry in this country are raping and pillaging American citizens to death.

That is why I will NEVER support a Democrat who places any Corporation over 'We The People.'
