Is there a PDF version of this agreement available?

Have we basically just made Iraq the 51st state?

1. This is supposed to be what they signed.

Fact Sheet: U.S.-Iraq Declaration Of Principles For Friendship And Cooperation

One of the talking heads mentioned it on either CNN or MSNBC tonight, and even said he thought it was odd that they had it listed on the WH web site as a "fact sheet".

2. Thanks for that info...So my next question would be: what happens if the next President does not
agree with this? Will their hands be tied behind their back, or would this be easy for them to disavow and say this is not offical U.S. policy anymore? This is non-binding, correct?

5. Non-Binding, Ma'am
No more status than an executive order, which any subsequent Executive could reverse with a word and a pen.

3. It's a treaty
without all the rigmarole attached--you know, like Congressional approval?
Of course, impeachment is off the table--and anyway, who needs impeachment when the Constitution isn't worth the paper it is written on--actually though, the paper is an antiquity, so it IS probably worth more than the words these days.
And to answer your other question--it is an attempt to tie us to Iraq for a long time.
Extracting ourselves will be more difficult because of it. At some point, our country will have to dishonor an agreement made by a sitting President.

4. Well, it isn't as if that hasn't been done before

Geneva conventions spring to mind.

9. Sounded like a surrender to the Iraqi authorities by Bush.
I doubt he or any of his idiots even understand what they just did. In the least, it is an armistice treaty. A begging for a ceasefire by George.
