Nasty words to columnist hit home (filthy slag Ann Coulter)
PALM BEACH -- Conservative columnist Ann Coulter is nationally notorious for vitriolic broadsides, but she has been unnerved by invective she received at her Palm Beach home. So much so that she got the county property appraiser to remove her name from public records identifying where she lives.

In doing so, she won an exemption from public disclosure of her address, allowed by law for victims of stalkers or harassment.

Coulter, a lawyer and author, paid $1.8 million for her two-story home on a quiet street between the Breakers Hotel and Worth Avenue in March 2005. Police have received a trickle of phone calls from or regarding her home since. Two of them generated police reports.

3. It's the "Michelle Malkin" effect
If you cause damage to others, expect some damage to return right back to you.

Not that I'm condoning this behavior, but she's foolish not to anticipate it.

5. Ooooh, so maybe what goes around DOES come around.
Don't come crying to the world, Ann, you filthy piece of worthless shit.

If you dish it out, you'd damn well better be able to take it.

7. Unless Coultergeist has worked out a similar deal with Google ...

it shouldn't take too much time and trouble to turn up some sort of reference to her home address with a simple Google search. But this probably didn't occur to Coultergeist before she put the property appraiser to all that trouble. That's funny actually. One of the common traits I have noticed in all RWers is that they are severely technologically challenged.

If she bought in 2005, that means she paid top dollar, and now has lost value on the house. HOORAY

13. The Sunday School Lessons The Wingie-Dingies Missed...
It looks like Coulter missed that Sunday School lesson that says "What goes around, comes around." Of course, that's a lesson more likely to be taught in fuzzy-minded, commie-coddling "Librul" churches instead of hard-line Xian denominations where both clergy and laity obsess about "promiscuity" and homosexuals. Perhaps Ms Coulter should be grateful for her current experience. Now she gets to go through that lesson in a far more personal and far less abstract fashion than she might have while sitting on that straight-backed wooden chair those many years ago.

16. I like the cut of that man's jib!
"In June 2006, Coulter received several nonthreatening but antagonistic phone messages from an Alameda, Calif., man whom she did not know.

''Hey, Ann, now that you've moved to Florida and you're in your 40s, did you know that you can join the Florida National Guard?'' the man, later identified as Brian Hatoff, 58, said in one message.

``Oh, I forgot, you and your rotund buddy down the street and the vice president, you're all registered chicken hawks. You love war until you have to put your own ass on the line. I don't call that patriotism. I call it cowardice.''
