From "America's Mayor" to "America's PLAYA"! Rudy's Worst. Week! EVER!!!
Steve Benen's chronology is bookmark-worthy:
On Monday, Bloomberg News reported that Giuliani, despite railing against congressional earmarks on the campaign stump, and pledging to “get rid of” lawmakers' pet projects if elected, actually “sought federal earmarks for 14 companies this year, 11 of which hired [Bracewell & Giuliani] after Giuliani joined in March 2005.” Republican consultant Eddie Mahe responded, “It’s a bit hypocritical.”

On Tuesday, Giuliani attended a campaign fundraiser hosted by a “man convicted in a notorious corruption case.” An embarrassed Giuliani “came and went from last night's fundraiser without comment, ducking down in his car as ABC News cameras attempted to photograph him arriving.”
... and that was before the whole "Sex on the City" scandal broke.

Stick a fork in "America's Playa" — he's done!

a strange place the "New" Main Line ...

the liberals are slowly taking over areas which were traditionally Rethug to the nth degree...but there are some real hardcore RW folks here and they will be for a very long time. What is remarkable is that in the last 25 years, this area has been transformed from NO Dem elected candidates to majorities in quite a few legislative and municipal bodies and school boards.

It was fascinating to watch the transformation when there were, I think, 35 registered Dems in my precinct against about 400 Rethugs. I will say that voting in the primaries was quite easy and fast.
