BWHAHAHAHAH! He's all but admitting that he planned to make recess appointments, but the Senate stopped him.

6. It's how he opened his talk today
Literally, whining about how the Senate sent in someone to bang the gavel and the go home, effectively stopping him from making any recess appointments. He then used that as a segue into how it shows how little the Congress is actually working, that they just bang the gavel and go home, and that of course it will put our troops and our nation in danger.

The man is pathetic.

3. Note that the companies are
'believed' to have violated the law and are facing all these law suits.

Like Bush, they are guilty as charged.
