The surge is working and the situation
in Iraq has improved militarily and by any other measure. How do I know this, I heard Giraldo Rivera say it on the Fox Noise Channel so it must be true. Fair and balanced, we report and you decide and all that stuff.

3. The Surge ultimately won't change the direction of Iraq. The people
of Iraq must learn to get along without our interference and influence. That's why the surge is a colossal waste. Unless, of course, we keep "surging" indefinitely, constantly brokering deals among the various factions, bribing troublemakers, policing the streets. That must be the plan.
