OK, the news from the intelligence estimate is that Iran ISN'T trying to develop a nuke, right? ....
.... but look at the headline on my ISP's homepage:

» US: Iran Still Able to Develop Nukes
» 'Teddy Bear' Teacher Leaves Sudan
» Mourners Pay Respects to Sean Taylor

You spin me right round, baby, right round, like a record baby, round, round, round.

:argh:

Valerie Plame could still be a desk jockey. And we'll be right back.

2. Biden addressed the fact that the amount of Iran's uranium (or is it plutonium?)
was not a threat at this time nor in the near future. This was during the debate when he brought up Pakistan (a couple of days before things started heating up there). He's been right -- and forthright -- about the reality of what the actual situation is in these countries. Since he's proved himself to be on top of it, I'll believe what he has to say about it, instead of paying any heed to Bushco.

If Bush uses this line:

US: Iran Still Able to Develop Nukes

Biden said that they were a long way away from developing the capabilities needed to deliver a nuke.

This sure must throw a wrench in the works. What's Cheney gonna do now?

3. Expect the same noise despite the facts
the war must go on, or the economy will die.

I say we shoot the war-based economy and make a work based one. It can't be worse than what we have.
