Your 20 million comparison amounts to exactly 5% of the 400 million population of western Europe, excluding European Russia. The leader of your country compares in all too many ways to Hitler. Nixon's favorite in Southeast Asia did better than that, murdering about 10-15%. So maybe it is appropriate to rank your president somewhere between Hitler and Pol Pot.
