Huh?

Isn't it enough that we gave (sold off) billions in bandwidth
(formerly public airwaves) to the top five telecoms while
Clinton was President, and allowed the media to consolidate ownership?

As someone in the Clinton Administration famously said, Paraphrasing
Johnson, "we just killed the Democrats in the next election cycle"
by giving the media these Venezuela/Russia style policymaking and
capital control of the nation's formerly public airwaves...

Now there is no chance (apparently) that Harry Reid can uphold the
law without Dan Rather style media retribution -- the media now have
the power to ruin the lives of individual Democrats using
Enemy of the State tactics.
