BBC: Cheney’s office advocated for Iran attacks ‘on a daily basis.’

http://thinkprogress.org/2007/12/04/cheneys-office-advocated-for-iran-attacks-on-a-daily-basis/

BBC reports:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/7126117.stm

(T)he new NIE will make it harder for proponents of military action against Iran to argue their case.

One source, who has close links to US intelligence, said that members of Vice President Dick Cheney’s staff continued to call for military strikes against Iran “on a daily basis”.

Atrios adds: “It must be understood that since our intelligence agencies don’t believe Iran has a nuclear weapons program, it also means that they don’t know where such a program would be physically located if it did exist. This means that any desires of Dick Cheney and his people to bomb Iran simply involve… bombing the shit out of Iran.”

2. There are some patriots out there, afterall
saying no to these evil fucks. Otherwise we would already be in Iran. Thank you whoever you are!

3. "Cheney's (OSP) office put pressure on analysts about Iraq"
where have we heard that before?

5. Except this time, enough of the analysts both did their job AND demonstrated...
their patriotism by refusing to allow Cheney to railroad us into another illegal war.

Hurry Dick, start firing the traitors. We've been waiting for seven years to hear what you've been up to and they can't talk while they're still working for their respective intelligence agencies under gag orders.

Do it Dicky!! Do it!!

4. And if we attack Iran, Joe Biden promises he will impeach Bush.
Edited on Tue Dec-04-07 04:29 PM by IanDB1
Personally, I can think of better ways to spend our last 13 minutes alive on Earth.

But Joe Biden, being Joe Biden, wants to die talking in front of a microphone and a TV Camera.

Personally, I'd rather die while having sex.

Which, to Joe Biden, I guess, is talking in front of a microphone and a TV Camera.

I just feel sorry for Mrs. Biden.

"Put that video camera away, Joe. We just had sex LAST week."

The most dangerous place in Washington is between Joe Biden and a television camera. Not even a Nuclear Holocaust can tear Joe Biden away from a live television feed. And if Bush attacks Iran, Joe promises to prove it.

I wonder what Blattodea Sapiens will say about Joe's Last Stand when they excavate the ruins of the C-SPAN building.
