Thom Hartmann has the patience of a saint
I listen to him on a near daily basis and I am astounded that he has not clobbered someone yet.

Weekly he has someone from the Ayn Rand group on the show. Today he has gone up against creationists and now some douche who is in favor of population expansion.

I wish I had his patience.

2. I agree with you on the patience issue
I used to enjoy those discussions in the past, but I think either Thom has lost his edge over the last couple of years, or I've lost my patience with the oppositions convoluted logic and inability to deal with facts that disagree with their world view. I respect the reason he has these people on but it usually is pretty much a lose-lose situation. It's like trying to teach a rock to think.

3. I like Thom Hartmann but don't listen that often.
He is almost to calm for me. Good guy though and very smart!

I like it when Jon Elliot goes off though and Rachel Maddow! :P
