Oprah gets Big Mo Going - Barack now up 8 in IA, 6 in SC, tied in NH, Huge Phoning, Canvassing
This is a new day. The Oprah Bounce - African-Americans in SC are now 53% for Obama! 21% for Clinton.

Barack is ahead 33-25 in IA, and 28-22 in SC.

It's 31 Clinton, 30 Obama in NH now, so only Nevada is left for Barack to win out of the first 4, if he can maintain momentum.

I think he will actually gain momentum as TV buys increase and the largest ground game in the history of American politics continues to eat Clinton's breakfast and lunch.

And I can hear the dinner bell ringing.

Obama also has an online phone bank volunteers are flooding into, while the Clinton Web site has nothing like that. Moveon got 70,000 people to phone bank in the national election.

This shift in the black vote will spread to other states, a phenomenon noted before for Barack.

Supposedly, Bill Clinton yelled at Mark Penn, Hillary's advisor, over TV ads, and only several hundred showed up for Big Dog in Philly. Hillary apparently didn't "get" Iowa, and they know they are going to lose there now. They are definitely off their game.

The Clintons appear to have just lost their mojo, and with it the African American vote.

It's Big Mo from the Big O!

Obama is The One

3. Wow! So does this mean that Clinton's out of it? Aren't these polls
definitive? And if Oprah is on Obama's side, isn't the nomination (and even the election) pretty much over? Will we even need a convention?

4. Of course not
All polls that show Obama ahead are accurate. All polls that show him behind are biased, outliers, and/or sponsored by the Clintons.

Barack is a magical candidate. Just magical, but only if you truly believe in his powers.

6. Apparently Hillary's campaign blew Iowa and New Hampshire by not

mounting a powerful ground game. I know what's going on in NH on the ground and Clinton is relying on TV and some phone banks while the Obama campaign has so many volunteers, they tell them to stay and talk to the voter for 20-30 minutes!

This is unprecedented. If nothing changes in the next 4 weeks, Obama will take NH as well.

So if the Clintons don't somehow get 3,000 volunteers in NH every single weekend, the answer seems to be yes to your question.

Of course, then there's Feb. 5. There Obama has the money for TV and has already opened offices in 19 states. He's doing it again to Hillary, and they have yet to respond in kind -- which they actually cannot do.

They are up against the biggest volunteer juggernaut in history now.

Oprah was just the kickoff.

Don't forget that if Obama takes Nevada too, Hillary will have a hard time coming back on Feb.5, given the new 24/7 Cable punditry, Internet bloggers and the ground game that Obama has and she does not.

You see, Presidential campaigns used to be almost all about TV ads. With hundreds of thousands of volunteers, Obama just changed the rules of the game.

9. Clinton Did Not Mount a Powerful Ground Game?
Could be true -- I just had no idea. If so, it is a monumental blunder.

5. While that is good the real story will be polls a week or so from now
as these polls were taken just after the "Oprah" bounce. The question is will the bounce last? But it is looking better for Obama without a doubt. If he can take Iowa it should give him momentum in NH and if Hillary Clinton loses both those states I think she will have a hard time coming back.
