We get rid of Gonzales for firing the lawyers investigating political corruption and voting fraud

and now after Mukasey just got confirmed by Congress

he comes out and rejects Congress

I mean is this not the most craziest dang thing you have seen

Mukasey if your reading this buddy torture is a worldwide criminal crime

protecting criminals is not what the Justice Department is about

I just had to get this off my chest and that Congress confirmed this IDIOT

makes them look like Idiots

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/22272157/

The Bush administration told a federal judge it was not obligated to preserve videotapes of CIA interrogations of suspected terrorists and urged the court not to look into the tapes' destruction.

In court documents filed Friday night, government lawyers told U.S. District Judge Henry H. Kennedy that demanding information about the tapes would interfere with current investigations by Congress and the Justice Department.

It was the first time the government had addressed the issue of the videotapes in court
more...

I can't believe the idiocy and games played here and they all act like we don't know what they are doing...Mukasey get a look at Gonzales when he goes to jail cause your heading their next buddy

11. I suppose it is all
well and good that Shumer and Feinstein voted for they devil they knew hoping GW would not nominate someone worse, but they should have known GW would have wanted the worst of the worst anyway. I keep waiting for the Democrats in Congress to vote as one--one that will do something about our arrogant and criminal administration.

9. What is congress going to do?
Send him a strongly worded letter of disapproval? Stamp "No Dessert" on his ID card at the Capitol Hill lunchroom? Take away his Yankees season tickets?
He knows he can flip off the Democrats and nothing is going to happen.

10. Well when they don't enforce any of their rules, they made themselves irrelevant.
Thank party leadership for keeping that powder dry.

13. That's pretty much the bottom line.
By failing to perform their duties, Congress has allowed all the other things to happen. They have made themselves irrelevant by their very inaction.

What a pathetic lot they are. Every last one of them.
