So will Bolivia be another Haiti

The USA signed a Mutual Defense Pact with Democratic countries in South America. It did not Honor that agreement when an overthrow of the official Democratically elected government of Haiti was in progress, and in fact by all evidence it aiding in the overthrow. Now Bolivia is experiencing the exact same thing. The official Democratically elected government is being torn apart in an attempted dismantling of the country. Four major provinces are declaring themselves separate entities and no longer a part of Bolivia. Any bets on whether the USA will honor it's Mutual Defense Pact with this country? I suspect the exact opposite will happen just as it did with Haiti..
