Judge Rules White House Logs Are Public

According to Matt Apuzzo of The Associated Press, "White House visitor logs
are public documents, a federal judge ruled Monday, rejecting a legal
strategy that the Bush administration had hoped would get around public
records laws."

1. I doubt they would be kept there..
it's my understanding that the Secret Service has control of them. I'm thinking this has more to do with tapes.

3. Tinfoil on here too. Does this mean Cheney stays in his bunker...or
in a couple of weeks we'll hear about some evidence that was 'sadly' destroyed in the fire?
