And does anyone really believe she's wrapped a present herself in years?

1. She always comes across as arrogant to me, so I would say, no
it isn't endearing.

2. But the Ad's Writers and Directors...
... had to be going for "endearing," and must've given her that direction.

If that's her being "endearing," yikes. I feel sorry for the director; I truly do.

7. They need to go back to the focus groups
and ask again who she should play, because this, IMO, isn't working out too well.

4. If you push a little harder, what inflated "capital" is she drawing on?
The person who gave us NAFTA and the WTO?

The same person who thought it was okay to impose sanctions that killed hundreds of thousands of Iraqi children from starvation?

The leader who decided to make political hay out of screwing poor families to save a nickel on welfare "reform"?

The president who agreed to "Don't ask, don't tell"?

This weekend I heard someone say that Bill Clinton was the best republican president we've had in 30 years. What kind of "capital" is that?

6. Greenspan Said Bill Was the Best Republican President...
... in quite some time.

President Clinton didn't even come close to living up to the legacy of his boyhood Presidential hero.
