8. Sorry, but they do bite
My next door neighbor had one and you couldn't go near that dog without if trying to bite your ankles. She had to hold it all the time you were there or lock it up in her bedroom.

He will bite if you sit on him or grab his nose or try to pick him up without knowing him at all but otherwise he's all tongue!

Meet Hoss (as in Hoss from Bonanza):

2. I think all chihuahuas should be named things like "Tank"
or "Buzzsaw" or "Jaws." Those things have absolutely no fear of anything or anybody, no clue in the world that they're so much smaller than anybody else they're ever around.

11. It is said and true that Chihuahuas are really "90# Doberman Pinschers in a 7# body'. I've
always loved dogs but never had much use for the 'little ones' until I inadvertently acquired our little girl, "Ting-Ting".

I still love the big dogs but now I couldn't imagine being without at least one Chihuahua around the house. The 'teacup' version is a bit to small for my liking however. I'm afraid I would step on the poor little thing.

17. We have some friends who would agree- their Chihuahua is named "The Rock", after the wrestler.
Sadly, I have no funny stories about him- he's a SERIOUSLY calm, laid-back chihuahua!

20. Still on the job search, eh?
Edited on Fri Dec-28-07 05:27 PM by Hardhead
It's not fair that wildly talented people such as yourself are underemployed when there are so many unskilled bozos in the world making big money. (I'm a graphic designer myself, but I'm no illustrator: I haven't done any drawing since college.)

The very best of luck and good fortune to you. I hope you will find the perfect outlet for your talents.

19. I've met a couple of chihuahuas that were very sweet
But most of them seem to have fairly edgy personalities. And don't get me started on Pomeranians. They are evil!

I can't type the word "chihuahua" without hearing it as Les Nesman would pronounce it: chi-hoo-uh-hoo-uh.
