I have heard about this documentary about how kids are being brain-washed by right wingers to become soldiers for God. All totalitarian ideas want to control the kids minds since they are the future. Reminds me of the Mao's culture revolution, hitler youth, and the young fascists in Italy under Mussolini.

2. These "Teachers" in the film are so different than the average....
...intelligent, logical person that they might as well be from the planet Bazzaro.

This Woman tells her Pupil: "Science doesn't know anything...if you want ALL the answers, It's right here in the Holy Bible.
..Everything Man wants to know is in this Book"

(As she turns on her Microwave)

John 16:78= Bring forth thy circuits and small waves of Energy. :)

5. Zealots are by nature anti-science - faith vs science
Didn't release that Jesus was against global warming. Must have been started by that bright star over his birth place. Also, glad that Galileo left science to become a Christan.

A lot of home schoolers are being spoon feed this crap everyday.

4. That movie is fucking scary.

Really, these kids are like something out of "Children Of The Corn" or "The Shining". Thankfully, Ted Haggard provides some much needed comic relief.

Did I just here that if this were the ol days - they would have killed Harry Potter for being a warlock - wtf??

Guess Lewis Sinclair is right - Fascism in America will come wrapped in the flag & carrying a cross.

They just had a show about the Atlanta Olympic bombing and Eric Rudolf - he signed his letter -
Army of God just like some of the insurgents in Iraq have done.

These Christo-Fascists have more in common with the Islamic fanatics than they will ever admit.

10. Yeah, pretty freaking scary

I had to watch this film earlier in the year for a psychology class. I felt kinda bad for the kids though, it's not like anyone ever gave them the chance to see another viewpoint, of course they ended up brainwashed. The adults in the film were just evil.

Don't lump all homeschoolers in with the crazies, however. I was homeschooled for several years as a teenager due to some mental health issues that were made worse by being in school. I learned with the usual standard textbooks you'd find in a public school.

13. Welcome to DU ! - they are the devil they warns the kids about
I like the brain molding they used to teach kids how to mold the brain for Christ. That is exactly what they are doing. Kinda like Goebbels calling himself the minister of propaganda.

15.  I saw it for the first time today
I have heard about it .

What is most troubling amoung the many things that are troubling about this film is that these parents use their children to promote their own faith based insanity .

Once at that age these ideas are instilled in a childs mind and becomes their purpose it is not so easy if possible to change them .

The entire film was disturbing .
