Can we give some kudos to Senator Dodd.....

A man of integrity and one whose Senatorial talents we couldn't afford to lose, though I do believe he would have made a very good President. Take a bow, Chris. You are one of the very best of us.

I would have been very happy to have Senator Dodd in the White House. I hope he finds a way into the next President's cabinet.

He was among my top choices. He is a fither for the Constitution and has been much more forceful to fight bushco than some other dems in the senate. Keep up the fight, Senator Dodd, you fight for many of us.

a much better man than Harry.

I liked Dodd from the first debate I saw.

I love Dodd's courageous positon on the FISA laws. He is a great senator.

Even though the results were very disappointing--very few delegates, maybe only one, I think--and the campaign now ended, these last couple of months were really great for Sen. Dodd, and for the first time, many people, including me, really paid close attention to how great, smart and brave Dodd is. The brilliantly organized, successful filibuster on the retroactive immunity scandal, returning that bill and probably introducing the better Judiary Committee one this January, other public criticisms of Harry Reid and the way Democrats have caved, over and over again, to Republicans--"no more," Dodd's criticism of Obama, Hillary Clinton, John Edwards, and all the others who supported the horrific Bankruptcy Bill that Dodd tried unsuccessfully to kill, a wonderful appearance on Charlie Rose about a month ago or so--all these things and more, helped to really introduce much of the country to Chris Dodd. I ended up being hugely impressed, and even supported Dodd as my first choice.

He is one of the good guys.
