Wow, Huckabee is tearing the Republican party apart!

Check out this Freeper thread: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1948033/posts

They loathe Mike Huckabee as much (or more!) than some posters at DU! Huckabee is tearing apart the social conservatives from the fiscal conservatives in the Republican party -- some are even saying that if Huckabee is the nominee, they won't vote!

1. Tonight, most Democrats will go to bed either excited or satisfied.
Republicans go to bed with a queasy feeling in their stomachs.

4. Seemed pretty 'tame' for Freek Republic.
I came across a phrase there that was brand new to me: "Broken Glass Republican". Google yielded this: "I am now a Broken Glass Republican!!!!!! I will crawl over broken glass to vote November 7th."

6. I like this one, from "Arcy".
I’ve been disappointed with some of my fellow Freepers regarding Huckabee. If they have problems with some of his positions then fine, but some of the comments borderline on personal attacks, thereby breaking Reagan's 10th commandment. I’ll support the Republican nominee, whoever it is, but as for now, I’m supporting Huckabee. I love the idea of the Fair-Tax and how he isn’t afraid to talk about it. I almost get the feeling that some of the other candidates are afraid of talking about real conservative values. Huckabee’s a breath of fresh air to me.

Um, Arcy, there were already 10 commandments in the Bible. Reagan "humorously" added another one about not criticizing Republicans, making it the 11th commandment. Get it? When you say "Reagan's 10th commandment", it makes it sound like you missed the entire point and don't see the humor in....

Oh.

7. It would be a gift to the Dems
if he were the candidate. Although I think our side will kick the ass of any of their clowns.

8. Why does Huck always call himself "we" and "us"?
Does he think that he is more than one person? Perhaps a Trinity?
