In your opinion. If you don't have five - put up the ones you have - if you have more than 5, please winnow it down to the 5 worst.

3. According to many at
DU, Pat Leahy is one of the worst DINOS. That's why these questions are worthless- except to gauge the general rage.

I am sure there is a list in the House as well, but there are too many Congresspeople to choose from, and many are unknown to me.

15. WTF is the point of this? We all have..
three people in Congress, so why get all worked up about someone else's congresscritters? And who's to define DINO when they are representing their constituencies, who might just throw them out if they do differently?

I got Schumer, Clinton, and Tim Bishop to worry about. Feinstein, Lieberman, and the rest are someone else's problem.

16. Well the point is, as mentioned above, to see if people are running aginst these DINOs
Curiosity more than anything I suppose. I'm not an expert in campaign finance but it might be possible to support candidates running aginst these guys in the primaries.

20. Yeah, I guess so-- people can send money pretty much...
anywhere they want.

I'm just a bit bent about all the fighting and negativity implied with DINO labelling. And, even with Lieberman, one man's DINO is another's representative.

Speaking of Lieberman, the whole Lamont fiasco should be a lesson-- after a bunch of leftwing Democrats whupped his ass in the primary, the whole state decided to keep him. Dumping DINOs might seem like a nice idea, but there's always Murphy's Law.

18. Sorry-- I wasn't clear about that-- I'm not...
saying she's a DINO, just one of my Senators.

One small point I'd like to make about Senators, though, is that in the big states like NY and CA we have far less access to our Senators just because there are so many of us. Places like Rhode Island you might run into your Senator at the mall every week.

I can't see how this would help enlighten anyone. If you want actual data on party loyalty or votes cast, well, that information is public.
