tuesday cannot come a second too soon.

Why don't they do all the primaries in one day and get it over with btw ?

Some seem to misguidedly believe that early primaries in smaller electoral venues is an approach to giving an opportunity to folks with limited financial resources to campaign.

I disagree.

As we've seen, the folks with the most campaign funds will BURY the least wealthy, even in small venues. People love to claim that fund-underdogs actually 'win' ... like Hucklebee over Romney or Edwards edging out Clinton. What this ignores is the fact that those 'underdogs' were also very well-funded. Millions of $$$$$. Even more significant is the fact that the most well-funded can tolerate a 'loss' and keep on going. But the lesser funded can't. Unless they 'win' a succession, they can't keep going. So, the money is what rules - it's an entrance fee AND a continuation fee.
