A Question For Each Of Our Candidates: What About the Lawlessness of The Bush Administration?
What will you direct your Justice Department to do as concerns investigation and prosecution of criminal acts performed during and by the Bush Administration?

That question must be asked of every one of our remaining candidates and there is only one answer that is satisfactory. They can not back down from this one, they can not avoid the question, they can not say they will proceed as the law demands no matter where it leads and then not do it. We are either a nation of law or we are not absent the enforcement of law there is none.

To the best of my knowledge on Dennis Kucinich has spoken up on this issue and has given the right answer, 'full accountability', where are the rest of the pack?

3. I've been thinking a lot about that lately. And I've been wondering what they
would say. I mean, Hillary can't say too much. Her hubby shut down investigations into two corrupt republican administrations the minute he took over the White House. That will certainly be thrown in her face the minute she opens her mouth. Not that I'd be too fast to believe anthing she'd say anyway.

I don't know what the other two will say, but they really need to say something. Soon.

4. If they answer at all, expect platitudes about unifying the country.
And, "looking forward, rather than back", and similar drivel.

5. Yes, thank you!!! This question has fallen by the wayside. I want to know what each of them
plans to do about restoring habeas corpus and undoing the harm done to the DoJ and the
Constitution.

Two issues that _will_ remain on this board until I am tomb-stoned:

Accountability and accountability.

Torture - defend it and you lose my vote.

Pardon or amnesty? - Take a hike!
