I think some judicial 'reform' is in order in Florida. I think this guy is just like GW BUSH

This "judge" seems to be under the influence of something...what an ASS..

It seems to me that there are two things at work here..

1) bury the woman
2) get protective custody of that baby until they KNOW who the Dad is..

This freakshow being led by that "judge" is unbelieveable..

There are many things to litigate...but LATER..

He said the "hearing" would be about burial, and instead, he seems to be trying the all the issues, and is very dismissive and disrespectful of just about everyone.

What difference is it whether she may have been on drugs? DUH!! How does that affect where she's buried?

She has a cemetery plot in the Bahamas.. The Bahamas is not Myanmar..we have diplomatic relations with them.,. they have backhoes.. the body of Smith and her son could be reburied somewhere else later..



The judge reminds me of GWBush..

If every person who died needed a court hearing to determine their competence prior to their death, we would have bodied stacking up pretty fast..

I hope Floridians are complaining to someone about this judge and this "hearing". It's making Florida look pretty lame..

been trying to get a tv show.
Have caught only snippets of the court proceedings and am shocked at the mess the judge has allowed it to become.
This is justice as vehicle to celebrity for him.
