Yet, we all recognize that incumbents have the inside track to re-election because they get all the money. And where do they get all that money? Oh ... well, the same people who oppose everything Democrats want. We can't get universal health care coverage because the insurance and pharmaceutical companies oppose it, and they fund our representatives. We can't get out of Iraq because there's a lot of money being made, and those making the money are funding our representatives.

Until we're willing to quit being suckered by the massive pork, sweet talk, and empty rhetoric from our elected officials, we will be stuck right where we are.

12. My Congressman is Steny Hoyer
Unfortunately, his Dem challenger is not only anti-choice, but a raving lunatic who likes to spray paint stuff on the Capitol columns. I'm series. Sometimes it's better to stick with the DINO you know rather than the looney you don't.
