However, Edwards has the proven track record to carry the torch forward on these anti-corporatism issues. I like and respect Senator Obama. I think he is a gifted orator, an inspiring figure, and an up-and-comer.

Having lost in 2004, maybe he wants desperately to jump on a winning bandwagon. Maybe the two couples had a falling out on the campaign trail. No doubt, Senator Kerry has no shortage of offers to parade around the punditocracy circuit for the next few days.
Regardless, Senator Edwards has proven - time and time again - that he really will take on the corporate oligarchies that operate in key fields such as health care, pensions, defense contracting, etc. I plan to continue fighting for his candidacy, because I believe he will fight - effectively, and with proven, time-tested experience - for all Americans against these entrenched special interests.
