The other day I was wondering how we came to have term limits for the POTUS. Well, lo and behold I came across this picture of Rumsfeld and The Dick:

9. I was surprised by the fact that he actually was a nice-looking man...
when he was younger. I was shocked when I saw old photos of him.
Granted, he wasn't the young Howard Dean, but still...?
I guess the old saying about "one gets the face one deserves" has some truth to it
