16. How so? I thought she was exactly correct, especially on the mortgage issue
because it kind of illustrates to me at least why the Bush admin won't act on it. It's like a Katrina issue spread across the entire U.S. and minorities are suffering the worst but have the least power and the least voice collectively. The people hit hardest by this are too busy trying to SURVIVE to march on the Capitol.
