Poll question: Screw MSNBC - Edwards won this debate
it was the first time he got to stand with them on equal footing and he dominated. Especially, he dominated Clinton.

Did Edwards win?

5. Do you get it yet?
No one cares when our candidate is not included in the debate but suddenly the faux debate was not scored fairly. And you expected...?

21. So they actually defied a court order to keep him out of the debate? That is
even more outrageous than telling him not to be in the debate. Did the other candidates say anything?
They should have refused to debate without Kucinich, in my book. It is what I would have done, simply based on values. That's sort of like crossing a picket line. Something you just do not do.

23. they did NOT defy a court order. nbc appealed and the nevada supreme court
ruled in favor of msnbc

and yes, i too think the others should have boycotted

i am furious & sick over this court ruling

10. I have it on reliable source that MSNBC stands for --
-- Malevolent Snippy Negligible Baseless Crap.

Tonight's debate winner was Mr. Edwards.

12. They all looked pretty good, but
Edwards was hardest hitting.

It was so annoying how MSNBC hardly showed him shaking hands at all nor mentioned him during the post-debate palaver. It was as if they only had 2 cameras.

14. If only the media would cut the crap !
I like how Obama ended up agreeing with Edwards, concerning the combat troops!
It was a Joe's right--Biden type, moment!
John Edwards clearly is the LEADER we NEED!

Sadly, they want Edwards to disappear ...It's sickening!

the corporate media has been aiming their cameras away from John Edwards!
-- their obvious agenda -- marginalize him and his message...

John Edwards is not Buy-able but HE is viable!
Let Edwards get his message out --
we'd see a landslide victory, in November!

"We didn't get universal health care but we got NAFTA.
we NEED universal health care!
we didn't need NAFTA...!"

"I don't think you can bring about change by taking their money
or sitting down at a table and trying to make a deal with them." John Edwards
He's determined to be a voice for regular families, like ours--that's why I am voting for
John Edwards for my family and every other family (rich and poor) in America...

13. Yea - Chris Matthews must be hoping to
be Hillary's press secretary!

It is sickening listening to him and how she is answering as the General Election candidate.

I don't think she planned any of that, I think he is trying to sway this election.

16. Tweety is shilling for Hillary because
of all the blowback for all of his negative comments towards her. He has been called out by Media Matters and Rachel Maddow.

IMHO the debate was a draw. All three did well.

20. I Completely Fail To See How. In Fact, I Thought He Didn't Stand Out At All.
Edited on Wed Jan-16-08 12:47 AM by OPERATIONMINDCRIME
It was like he was trying really hard, but just didn't stand out enough. I just thought he came off kinda amateurish.

I thought Obama wasn't quick enough off the cuff, and I thought Hillary blew them both out of the water by far. I just don't objectively see in any possible way how so many could say with confidence that Edwards won handily. It just didn't happen.
