it was their effort to stop encroachment on freedom/liberty and privacy and to stop people from being harrassed by cops.

4. Bullshit. Sex in public is not a "privacy" matter. Public restrooms are... PUBLIC.
I don't want my young sons to be subject to the experience of hearing anyone go at it in the stall next to them, or having to fend off advances and "peeping Toms" when they're trying to go to the bathroom. This behavior is not, and never will be, appropriate. Take it to a motel, ladies and gentlemen.
