Did the MSM report on these protests AT ALL?!?
or were they too busy focusing on Britney and Anna!??!

http://www.workers.org/2007/us/anti-war-0301/

An estimated 3,000 students from the U. of California-Santa Barbara marched against the Iraq war on Feb. 15. Hundreds of them shut down Highway 217 in a sit-down protest near the school. Students chanted, “Whose streets? Our streets!” and carried signs such as “Make levees, not war!”

According to an eyewitness account posted on dailykos.com, “A crowd of 2,000-3,000 students blocked the bike tunnel. After about an hour of speeches, including one by a U.S. Marine who initially supported but has now turned against the war, the organizers decided we should go walk across campus to give the people who didn’t ditch a chance to change their minds and join us ... on the middle of our campus, in the middle of the day, disrupting everything, loud, angry, and passionate. I’ve been to protests before, but I’ve never felt so empowered as I did today. ...

Google news lists a handful of local news outlets and a couple of left wing sites.

2. I guess the revolution
really won't be televised. I honestly believe that in the late 60's and 70'sthis country came to the edge of a revolution with the worldwide deterioration of capitalism and corrupt gov. policies. It was televised then, and that helped it grow. There will be no reporting on the movement this time. We have had hundreds of thousands in DC multiple times now..and in LA and NYC...barely any coverage. Also HUNDREDS of small protests constantly around the country. There was a protest againt the Israeli war in Lebanon that drew 50k in DC and no coverage....the powers that be are not going to let any fundemental change happen without a fight.

3. There was not a dead blonde, rotting in a morgue with shaved
hair and four fathers for her baby involved, so, no... the media did not report on this.
