Escalation has ‘sucked all the flexibility’ out of the system.

In an interview this week, Army Chief of Staff George Casey said the high troop levels in Iraq are causing growing manpower strains on the Army. The Wall Street Journal reports that Casey offered this candid assessment:

“The surge has sucked all of the flexibility out of the system,” Army Chief of Staff George Casey said in an interview this week. “And we need to find a way of getting back into balance.”

1. Rumsfeld Speech on Sept 10 2001 He declared war on
the Pentagon
Sept 11 the Pentagon was hit
Shock Doctrine page 286 and 287

I believe history will show Rumsfeld destroyed the Pentagon in many ways
All departments slashed staff 15% and yet he was given the biggest budget in American history for defense

plus rumours have said 2.3 Trillion dollars were missing from Pentagon budget and 120 staffers were going to investigate it
and those investigators were the 120 that were killed in the Pentagon attack

Rumsfeld was out of control ruthless and bloodthirsty

Did you know he was a prophet too?

Thomas White.Thomas White. Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld hosts a breakfast meeting in his private dining room at the Pentagon.
Army Thomas White, who is at the meeting, appears to say it is also attended by numerous key military figures, later telling PBS, “Don Rumsfeld had a breakfast, and virtually every one of the senior officials of the Department of Defense—service chiefs, secretary, deputy, everybody, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. And as that breakfast was breaking up, the first plane had hit the World Trade tower.” By “chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff,” he presumably means Richard Myers, who is the acting chairman on this day, in place of Henry Shelton who is out of the country. During the course of the meeting Rumsfeld predicts that some kind of “shocking” world event will occur in the near future (see (Before 8:46 a.m.) September 11, 2001). Most accounts suggest the meeting is adjourned soon after the time the first WTC tower is hit, presumably around 8:50 a.m., though one report says it ends at about 9 a.m. Just prior to the meeting ending, Rumsfeld is handed a note informing him of the crash (see Shortly After 8:46 a.m. September 11, 2001). Edmund Giambastiani also sees this note. Whether the other people in attendance are notified of the crash at this time is unknown.
Thomas White says, “We all went on with the day’s business,” after leaving the meeting. He heads off to give a speech at the nearby Army Navy Country Club. Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, and Giambastiani return to their offices.
This stuff just gives me chills
Rumsfeld failed miserably in Iraq and Afghanistan
Blackwater is his real troops

2. Wait for it. Solution = More money and toys for the military.
The world's mightiest and most expensive military will be in front of congress, as usual, with their hands out while issuing the usual warnings of imminent danger from the ferocious bogeymen.

At witch time, the congress will roll-over while joining the Generals and Admirals in perusing openings as consultants to the "defense" industry.
