So I clicked on the DU link for Americatalksback.com

Signed up to see the comments, blogs etc. Hey, I'm a curious sort! Holy smokes the left point of view is sorely missing! Anyone else been there? It is an interesting concept. News from all over with commentary, etc. the Clinton haters and "librul" haters are in full force. Just curious to see if we can't get some of us to get a little more balance in there, you know make it all of America, and what you all think of this site.

2. Yeah, I pretty much am the same way.

But, NOT saying anything is the same as condoning it IMO. Being the newbie there, I was wary of jumping in. I was just wondering if anyone on here was registered and active over there. Maybe we could team up!:evilgrin:

5. all those forums are right here! that is the list of my favorite forums on DU

all it takes is a couple bucks a year for a donor star and there are forums for every interest all filled with good progressives

when I was poor I gave DU $5 or $10 a year, now I give em $10 a month cuz this is the best damn site on the internets!

6. I've been a donor a few times but,

recently my house burned down and I'm not too sure where we will be financially in the near future. Once that's sorted out, a donation will be in order, to DU as well as my favorite candidate.

I've been on DU since 2004. I was referring to the America Talks Back forums. I am going to have to check out those forums on DU sometime soon. Maybe as soon as I get this housefire thing taken care of, can't wait for that!
