I'm actually really enjoying this Reagan hatefest..

it's really getting me fired up for the fight ahead. It reminds me of the evil shit we put up with for 19 out of of the last 27 years, and we've got nearly another year of evil to go. Yup, I'm getting quite fired up. We've got 20 years coming to us, and by God I'm ready to take it.

8. You're right, he wasn't, but he did sign NAFTA and the welfare "reform" and the telco "reform"

all of which hurt working class and middle class people, in my opinion. He was extremely lucky that the economy was running smoothly, even robustly, while he was in office - but those record profits weren't being shared - they were still pouring into the ruling class and owning class disproportionately. Dick Gephardt once complained that all we got was "valet parking."

Nixon did a lot of good for 'we the people' and Clinton had a booming dot-com economy that we all rode.
