Save a tree with the Phelps Edition of the Bible
It's just an index card with the text of Leviticus 18:22 written on it in real big letters.

Since that's the only part of the Bible he seems to like, why put any of the rest of it in there?

1. I have yet to figure out
how "christians" can hang onto the "abomination" thought while disregarding other stuff in the old testament. They just pick and choose rulings in their bible what makes them comfortable with their lives while trying to force the rest of the citzenry of the land of the free to pick and choose just like them through codification. They are domestic enemies of the constitution, plain and simple.

2. Well, the family certainly doesn't need anything from the New Testament. I doubt if they've ever
read any of Jesus' teachings.

3. I think the Phelps interpretation of the Bible is quite similar to that of contemporary christians.
Of the religious right that is. The only difference is that the Phelps have set it up in opposition of the military and therefore let is collide with nationalism. It makes a paradox which I find quite amusing. The Phelps and the right wingers actually believe the same thing, but the Phelps show that its really not compatible with being a nazi.

4. But it's that verse reduced to the three word Phelpsian translation.
We could save even more paper and print it on a postage stamp.
