I loved the part about how the subprime loans get packaged together and sold on Wall Street.

6. It's really sad how gullible investors here are.
This was dealt with responsibly in Europe.

When years ago, I tried to describe the problem to friends who wanted in on the real estate game, they acted as if I had insulted their mothers.
