US President George W. Bush speaks during a meeting with mayors from across the country to discuss free trade agreements in the Roosevelt Room of the White House in Washington, DC. Bush on Wednesday harnessed worrisome economic "uncertainty" to make a fresh plea for lawmakers to approve stalled free trade pacts with Colombia, Panama, and South Korea.

Like maybe somebody messed up a batch process before upload? One image overwrote half of another?

I've always wondered how those pics get from the wires to Yahoo images. Maybe they're distributed via some sort of RSS image aggregator service? Evidently they're not added to the database by hand or we wouldn't find pics like this.
