It's called BCCI and Iran Contra. It was the Reagans and the Bush's who were deeply involved in these illegal actions. John Kerry was deeply involved in the investigations and hearings. He fought against the CIA, the Congress, and our government to get these hearings to happen.

In 1992, Bill Clinton stopped those investigations. These investigations were pointing lots of fingers directly at George H. Bush and George W. Bush.
