Which Side Is Going To Blink First On This Economic Stimulus Package?........
Just saw Pelosi being interviewed on MSNBC. Much of the interview was about this Economic Stimulus Package - but no details. She seemed to go out of her way to say it was bipartisan - but - I can't believe that it will stay bipartisan. The Dems and the Repugs have been at each others throats for years I can't believe that this issue will keep that at bay. So I am wondering which side will begin to take credit or begin damming the other side when the plan is finally announced?

Once either side blinks on this - the bickering will begin - and probably get to a whole new level because we'll be going into an election year.

I can hear it now. We wanted this - but their side didn't - so it's their fault it didn't work..... or it's their fault that you (American People) aren't pleased with the package.... or it's their fault corporations that it didn't give you the stimulus you expected.

Any thoughts?

1. Democrats, of course.
They're already bailing out on the food-stamps and
extending-unemployment provisions.

3. Wall Street's roaring, markets up, happy days are here again, we don't need no stinkin' stimulus
package. Political theater, corporate America tells the politicians what it wants at the end of the day after the voters are entertained with BS M$M spin coverage. It is non-partisan both parties are controlled by corporate lobbyists who bundle the money for reelection campaigns.
