3 Texas Supreme Court Justices under fire for possible felonies.
Complete post at: http://bayareahouston.blogspot.com/

Casey, and the citizens of Texas, should be asking if the 3 Supreme Court Justices are doing the same thing. Hecht, Medina, and Green have reimbursed themselves for what looks like excessive travel expenses. This in itself is against the Ethics Commissions rules. But if they have been reimbursed by the state, then this is called "double dipping", making a proofit from the state. And this is against the law. (as if that really matters in Republican politics)

Medina has now rolled over and vowed to repay his campaign the $57,000 he spent. (color me guilty) Davis has already repaid the State $1000 in his July 2007 report by Texans for John Davis. (color me not very bright)

2. Medina (allegedly) burned his own house down for the insurance money
Hecht blatantly campaigned for Harriet Myers for the SCOTUS. They're Republics. They are, by birth, above the law.

3. Imagine if bank robbers could simply pay back the money if caught and walk
away free to do it some more..That seems to be the lesson of Republican justice...
