With most people I would say he is suffering from a guilty conscience, but he does not have a conscience.

but seriously, I feel like threads like this are an embarassment. Bush is awful enough without us criticizing his looks. There's unflattering photgraphs of everyone who's photographed many times a day. We should focus our attacks on his policies, myriad of fuck-ups, and generalized evil... there's plenty of it to go around.

And the physical changes apparent in him over the past few years are striking (my Photoshopping upthread aside)

If those changes are being caused by something that could affect us; ie, if he's drinking, I think we should be talking about it.

Check out the changes in Lincoln's appearance during his presidency.

I agree, though, that if he is getting plowed every morning and going out being president, we should be concerned.
