Gibson Apologizes For His Heath Ledger Death Comments

Gibson: ‘To anyone offended by my comments, I’m sorry.’
On his Fox News show today, John Gibson apologized for his recent comments mocking the death of actor Heath Ledger. “I’m sorry that some took my comments as anti-gay and insensitive,” said Gibson. “Once again, to anyone offended by my comments, I’m sorry.” Watch it:

We appreciate Gibson’s apology and kindly suggest that he refrain from making disparaging, “anti-gay” comments in the future.

As if his remarks weren't objectively repugnant and despicable: "Oh, well, if you're all offended, then I'm sorry, you oversensitive drama queens." And Gibson apparently has the intellectual depth of Saran Wrap, as he is unable to distinguish Heath Ledger the man from Heath Ledger the role he played. What a dope. But obviously he pleases his corporate masters, otherwise he'd probably lose his job.

type of "apology" is utterly worthless, and he knows it and we know it.
