Police Chief Arrested For DUI !!!
A northern Kentucky police chief was arrested early Friday and charged with driving under the influence, state police said.

Warsaw Police Chief Donnie Gould, 50, was arrested shortly before 2 a.m. after officers responded to a complaint of a car in a yard in Gallatin County, Trooper Chip Perry said.

Gould was not on duty and was in his personal car, Perry said.

He was taken to a hospital for a test to determine the alcohol content in his blood, Perry said, then taken to the Carroll County jail.

Warsaw Mayor Travis Simpson would not comment on the chief's
arrest and referred all questions to the state police.

7. Kentucky State Troopers, in particular.
Former FBI agent Wes Swearingen, in his "FBI Secrets: An Agent's Expose," called the Kentucky State Police the best.

BTW: A hearty welcome to DU, Twinings!

10. Why am I not surprised. Seems Kentuckians have a propensity
for this behavior. Several years back the Sheriff of my small Kentucky hometown got caught with a DUI in HIS official car. The guy lost his license and spent the rest of his term being driven around by one of his deputies once he got into work. The kicker? To get INTO work each morning he rode a mule to town from his home about five miles out of town. Yep, a mule. He was pissed that the judge had the audacity to take his license so he thought it would be a good idea to embarrass the town by riding his mule to town and tie it up outside the court house each day. The town wasn't embarrassed but his family sure was pissed at him.

You can't make this stuff up.
