Admit it..like many of you, I tune into Rush occasionally

about once a week, until my five minutes or so are up. Lately, it has been great listening to him bloviate about what others are saying about him. He's having full-blown freak-out junkie-ramble attacks about people saying he is having 'full-blown freak-out junkie-rambles' concerning the state of his CAHNSERVITIVE PAHTY. Goddam, his listeners must have shorter attention spans than I had in 1972. Remember '72? I was rockin' to Led Zep and Jethro Tull and the next thing I knew it was disco and leisure suits. Anyway, in case you feel down about our state of affairs, don't neglect listening to the other side occasionally. Sometimes it actually makes you feel better watching the pitbulls chew on their own legs.

I feel a lot better not listening to any right wing talk show. There is nothing there to educate me and nothing there to entertain me. I have put right wing propaganda out of my life!

despite being Rush, some of the spoofs on the TV show were really well done. Especially the Montana tourism ones around the time the Unabomber was arrested.

I used to but not anymore. I used to think it was a good practice to tine in and know what the enemy was saying, but after while, I realized it was never anything new and just stopped.

I bet on any given day I could scan the headlines and write a synopsis of Pigboy's show without ever tuning in and hit it pretty much on the nose. The regressive ideas he puts forth are tailored for the simple minded and not that hard to predict.

Never have, never will. Just like the aforementioned drugs.
