How would the Bush Administration and the Republicans respond to a domestic insurgency?

All the time we are told by Republicans that if we leave Iraq then the terrorists will follow us here.

However, staying in or leaving Iraq will have little impact upon domestic terrorism.

So, what do you think the Republicans will do if the 'Redneck Liberation Army' or some other group (Make up your own name) decided to start an insurrection here?

My money is on either them wetting themselves or "They're not brown skinned or Muslim... so are they terrorists? (head explodes due to confusion".

7. I realize that no state is homogenous

but clearly some states are better educated, more knowledgeable about world events and more likely to give a damn about science and the risks to our future and the future of our children.

Alberto Gonzales dreams about this scenario, I'm sure. He's already written the playbook, I'm positive. I'm kinda surprised they haven't faked such an occurrence already, with instigators and provocateurs.
